Testimonials
"We were indeed fortunate to find Beaks Bird Minding to care for our pet lorikeet on our frequent absences from home. Margaret has provided a safe and happy environment for Frodo and her attention to correct nourishment and cage hygiene is exemplary. We have no hesitation in leaving our lorikeet in her care and know that Frodo loves his "holiday" and the time Margaret spends with all the birds she minds."

A BIRDS PERSPECTIVE
G’day,
My name is Honkey and I am a 35 year old female white sulphur crested cockatoo.
I love going to Margaret’s “Feathered Friend Resort” where I enjoy the best of high quality bird seed, choice fruit and vegies and a daily cleaned unit.
Margaret gives me lots of caring strokes and scratches with loving conversation, interactions and plenty of natural wood and bark to chew. I really enjoy being in the Samford bush setting at the feathered friends resort, so that my family can enjoy their holidays while I enjoy mine.
I highly recommend Beaks Bird Minding, Samford, to all my bird friends and their carers.
Regards,
Honkey Springer

Hi,
My name is Miss Boo, or Booey to my friends. I have been staying at “Beaks”, on and off, since 2007. Every time I come to stay at “Beaks”, I have an amazing time of care and fun. My mum knows that I will be cared for in the 5 star manner that I am used to. Marg knows what birds like and she goes out of her way to provide it. I am a smart little chicken (cockatiel), and if I was not happy staying at “Beaks” I would let my mum know! I know that my mum feels that I am safe and loved and cared for at “Beaks”. There is no way that I would be allowed to be cared for by anyone else.
Love,
Booey

"Paulie, my much loved cockatoo has been a regular client of Beaks Bird Minding over the last year and if he could rate his stay with Margaret I know it would be a 5 star rating, a home away from home. (Paulie told me to write that)...as for me I couldn't find a more caring person to leave him with than you."

"It was a relief to find a minder with extensive experience and with enthusiasm for birds. I took my first holiday in three years with full confidence that my pet cockatiel would be well cared for. I will definitely be a repeat customer."

"We would like to recommend Margaret, of Beaks Bird Minding to any bird owner who wants someone to care for their birds, while they are away. We found Margaret to be gentle and caring to all birds. she cares for them in her own home in a clean, safe and loving environment. We have been very happy to leave our much loved cockatiels with Margaret on two occasions last year and would not hesitate to leave them with Margaret again when it becomes necessary."

"What I love about my birds staying at Beaks is that they are treated exactly as they would be at home. I am confident that Margaret has my birds as her top priority whilst they are in her care. I enjoy my time away from home so much more since meeting Margaret, and I would recommend her and Beaks to anyone who has feathered family members"
Dean says "After trying many bird sitters for Buddah and Bert we are happy to say we have found the best. Your professionalism is a credit to your business, as every time we drop off the birds, all the cages are clean and supplied with fresh food and water."

"Since discovering Beaks Bird Minding we feel happy going on holiday without having to rely on friends/neighbours to look after our lorikeet (no mean feat!)
For 18 months now we have been able to enjoy time away regularly knowing that 'Stanley' is happy and well cared for in a very clean, caring and healthy environment. Margaret spends time with all her 'guests' and as a result we can relax in the knowledge that Stanley will feel as if he were at home. Cannot more highly recommend Margaret for her commitment to these small bundles of feathers."
